Typically, we do not have any age limit, some of our yongest participants were 8 years old and did absolutely great!

ARTparty events typically do not allow participants to bring their own drinks and snacks as our events are held at local bars and restaurants where you can order from the menu. No food is included at any of our events. ARTparty always strives to include 1 welcome drink for each participant, however, it's advisable to check the specific event details to confirm the policies regarding the welcome drink.

What is the cancellation policy for private events?
Our cancellation policy for private events is as follows: If you need to cancel the event, please notify us at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled date to receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made between 2 and 1 week prior to the event will receive a partial refund of the deposit. No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 1 week prior to the event.

What is the process for redeeming a gift certificate?
For the Gift Certificates purchased before 02/08/2023: To redeem a gift certificate, the recipient should contact ARTparty at least 3 days prior to the desired event date. What is the cancellation policy for ARTparty events?
At ARTparty, we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure a smooth and fair experience for all participants. Here are the details of our cancellation policy: Cancellation and Full Refund: If you wish to cancel your attendance at an ARTparty event, you can request a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 72 hours prior to the start of the event. The refund amount will be equal to the actual net ticket price, excluding the service fee. Partial Refund: If a cancellation request is received between 72 and 48 hours before the event, the ticket holder is entitled to a refund of 50% of the ticket price. The service fee is non-refundable. No Refund: Unfortunately, no refund can be provided if a cancellation notification is received less than 48 hours prior to the event. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but due to the logistical arrangements and limited availability of spots, we are unable to offer refunds in such cases. All cancellation requests are considered valid from the time the email has arrived at our designated email address, artparty.se@gmail.com.

Does photography and video recording take place during regular or private events?
Yes, photography, audio recording, and video recording might take place during regular or private events at ARTparty. By entering the event, you provide consent for such recordings to take place. These recordings may be released, published, exhibited, or reproduced by ARTparty and its affiliates and representatives for promotional purposes, including on websites and social media platforms. We encourage participants to capture and share their experiences to help spread the joy of creativity.
